(If you answer NO to that, we can talk more...) <BR/><BR/>I've found that once I really get into training, I naturally stop eating as much junk and focus on eating good recovery food (but, uh, chocolate is a totally fine recovery food!).<BR/><BR/>And stored energy is a MUST for endurance events.
