You Snooze, You.... Sleep!

It aint easy. All this gettin' up. All this running. And who's the dumbunny that invented the snooze alarm anyway? I hope he can sleep at night, and then a little more in the morining. Yeah, I hit that sucker snooze not once but twice this morning. That seemed like such a good idea at the time. Of course that meant no 6 miles this morning, rather I could only go 4.

Think they'll understand at Leadville if I'm a few minutes late? Will I get to turn around before Hope Pass?

Hey, snooze inventer, thanks for the sleep, now drop and give me 20!

Very interesting...same thing happened to me. Ilene and I were going up to San Ann to ride, but after chatting at 6:15am about the rain and wet streets, I crawled back into bed until...dare I tell you...8:30am! I'm reeaally enjoying this recovery week ;)

Yeah, that guy has made more people late than a broken Trojan! (Yikes, I didn't say that!)

In the winter out here, it's the opposite of Fla., you might as well sleep in, 'cause it's only 7 degrees out there, gotta wait until 10 or 11 when it finally warms up to 25 or so before hitting the streets.

Ya gotta hate that sleep math "I can make up the five minutes if I (insert lie here)". I try to set my alarm for the absolute latest time that'll allow me to get through the morning. Doesn't work sometimes. I'll come up with, "the kids can buy lunch today". What I really mean is, exercise? Me? Nah, sleep is more important. 'Cept it's not.

Am I the only morning person here?

No, Dr Maguse, I am also a morning person.

The alarm is set for 4:30am so I can workout/stationary bike/run before work (depending on the day of the week).

Don't know where the snooze alarm is on my clock. Don't need to know....I have two cats

my 3 cats get me up btwn 430-500 every morning. Before the full-time job, I used to walk/run for an hour at that time.

Hey Arlene and Mags, even after I hit the snooze, I'm still up by 4:30, I just don't like it always.
